Metro line, code & next stations

Equiti is on the Red Line and carries code R31 on the Dubai Metro map. Trains stop in both directions, and the platform display shows the final destination.

  • Toward Centrepoint: Garmin is next, then Business Bay. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall is three stops on.
  • Toward Expo 2020 or Life Pharmacy: Mall of the Emirates is next. Sobha Realty and DMCC, further on, are the interchange stops for the Dubai Tram to Dubai Marina.

The Red Line splits into an Expo 2020 branch and a Life Pharmacy branch beyond Equiti, so check the destination on the display before you board a train heading that way.

Garmin took its name on 7 September 2026. Signs, maps and apps switch over through the end of November 2026, so some still show Onpassive until then.

Equiti Metro Station opening hours

Equiti opens at 5:00 AM Monday to Saturday and 8:00 AM on Sunday. It closes at midnight, except on Friday, when the last service runs to 1:00 AM.

Exits & which side to choose

Equiti has four street exits, split between the two sides of Sheikh Zayed Road.

  • One exit leads to the Gold & Diamond Park side.
  • Three lead to the opposite side, and one of those heads toward Escape Reality Dubai.

Check the exit signs before you leave the platform level. A wrong-side exit leaves you across the highway from your destination.
