LuLu Hypermarket Silicon Oasis: Hours, Parking & Returns
LuLu Hypermarket at Silicon Central Mall closes at midnight, but the mall car park stays accessible until 1:00 AM and only the first 3 hours of parking are free. In-store purchases and online orders also follow two different return policies, which is the detail shoppers usually find out at the customer service desk.
The store opened on 12 April 2021 as the 209th LuLu store and the largest hypermarket in Dubai at the time. It anchors Silicon Central Mall, which LuLu Group owns, in the middle of Dubai Silicon Oasis.

LuLu Hypermarket hours & location
The hypermarket is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight every day of the week, Fridays included.
| Detail | Information |
|---|---|
| Opening hours | 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight, 7 days |
| Mall | Silicon Central Mall, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai |
| Floor | Ground floor, two-level store |
| Store size | 184,000 square feet |
| Opened | 12 April 2021 |
| Car park hours | 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM |
The mall sits off the DubaiâAl Ain Road (E66). Put the store’s location into any navigation app before you set off.
Dubai Silicon Oasis has no Dubai Metro station, so riders connect by bus. RTA’s X25 express runs from Al Karama Bus Station into the district.
LuLu Exchange has a counter in the same mall (unit C008 on the ground floor), which is handy for a currency or remittance stop on the same trip.
Parking rates & rules
The first 3 hours of parking are free each day from Monday to Saturday, and parking is free all day on Sundays and public holidays. Parking is ticketless: the car park reads your licence plate, and the parking rates and rules apply from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
The free allowance is 3 hours a day, and validation extends free parking to as much as 5 hours.
After the free time, parking costs AED 15 for each hour or part of an hour.
The car park is inaccessible from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM. The rate in that window is AED 100 an hour, and cars left overnight can be towed.
Re-entering after you have used the free hours counts as a new entry with no free time.
There are no cash payments and no ticket machines.
The store closes at midnight, so you have an hour to reach your car before the car park becomes inaccessible.
Ways to pay for parking
- Scan the QR code on the on-site signs and pay before you leave the car park.
- Register your plate in the PARKONIC+ app and pay there. Parking memberships are sold only through this app.
- Do nothing and let Salik pay. If you haven’t paid by exit, the fee comes out of your Salik account automatically, and Salik is the default payment method.
Visitors without a Salik account, or with too little balance, must use the QR code or the app before exiting. Unpaid parking can lead to fines and blacklisting.
What’s inside the store
The hypermarket is a full supermarket and a department store on two levels, so groceries, fresh food, electronics and fashion sit under one roof.
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Supermarket | Beverages, food and non-food grocery, chilled and dairy, pet care, health and beauty, roastery |
| Fresh food | Fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, bakery, delicatessen, in-house kitchen with ready-to-eat food, frozen food |
| Department store | IT products, electronics and home appliances, household and home furnishing, textiles, footwear, luggage, toys and sports, stationery, jewellery and ladies’ bags, SIM cards and recharge coupons |

Delivery & online orders
LuLu delivers online orders across the UAE, including Dubai Silicon Oasis, usually within 48 working hours. Remote areas are restricted.
- Open the LuLu Shopping app or the UAE website and add items to your cart.
- Check the delivery charge in the cart. It depends on your location.
- Pay by credit or debit card. Cash on delivery isn’t accepted.
- Wait for the courier call. Standard parcels go by courier, you can’t pick a delivery slot, and the courier contacts you to arrange a time.
- Show ID when the parcel arrives: an original labour card, passport, driving licence, Emirates ID or free zone ID.

Large household items are delivered directly by the supplier, and supplier deliveries to remote or semi-remote areas can take up to 5 working days.
Online prices follow the website, not the shelf in the store, so an in-store promotion doesn’t carry over to an online order. E-coupons also work only online.
Online orders are handled by LuLu’s online customer service on 600 54 00 48, not by the customer service desk at Silicon Central.
Returns & exchanges
The in-store policy and the online policy are separate, and the time limits differ: 14 days in the store, 7 days online.
In-store purchases
Items bought in the store can be exchanged within 14 days if they are unused, unopened and come with the original receipt.
- The exchange is for an item of the same value. A credit note is issued if you prefer one, and it can be redeemed at the store that issued it.
- A manager on duty approves every exchange, and a cash refund is given only with store management’s approval.
- A defective electronics or appliance item is sent for repair first and exchanged only if it can’t be repaired.
- Mobile phones are covered by the warranty route through the mobile section or after-sales counter, not by the 14-day exchange.
Some items can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie, underwear and swimwear, cosmetics, perfumes, and personal grooming products such as shavers and trimmers
- Books, magazines, CDs, DVDs and office software once sold
- Frozen, chilled and dairy products once they leave the store
- Fresh food such as meat, fish, bakery and produce, unless the item was spoiled at purchase or has a quality problem and comes back the same day with the receipt
Online orders
Online orders have a 7-day change-of-mind window from delivery, and items must be as new, resalable and in their full packaging.
Perishables such as meat, vegetables and fresh food must be reported within 24 hours.
Non-perishables such as toiletries and cleaning products can come back within 7 days.
Laptops, printers, mobile phones, digital cameras and personal care items can’t be returned once unsealed, and digital activation cards can’t be returned at all.
A defective electronics item is checked by an authorised service centre before the refund, and the check can take up to 4 business days.
Refunds are issued after a quality check of 4 to 5 days plus 2 business days, and the money can take until your next card statement to show.
If you change your mind, the delivery charge and card transaction charges stay with LuLu and any courier collection fee is added.
To start an online return, call 600 54 00 48 and the team arranges a courier collection.
