Oasis Mall Sharjah: Stores, Dining, Cinema & Fun City
Oasis Mall Sharjah closes for two hours on Fridays, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and that gap shapes any Friday plan. Every other day it runs straight through from 10:00 AM.
Landmark Group opened it in 2019 as a three-floor mall on Al Wahda Road, built around everyday shopping, a family meal, a 10-screen Cinépolis and an indoor play centre. The sections below cover which stores sit on which level, what the food line-up looks like and when parking is easiest.

Friday is the only day with a split. A short morning visit has to finish by 11:30 AM, and the main session starts again at 1:30 PM.
Cinépolis sets its showtimes by film, so plan a late movie around the session list rather than the mall’s closing time.
Stores by floor

The main stores and outlets on each level are:
- Ground level: Centrepoint, Carrefour, Life Pharmacy and Dunkin’
- First level: Max and Home Centre
- Second level: Emax, plus the food outlets
Centrepoint, Home Centre, Max and Emax are all Landmark Group brands, which is why they anchor a Landmark-run mall. Centrepoint and Max cover family clothing, Home Centre handles bedding, décor and kitchenware, and Emax covers electronics and appliances.
Smaller shops include Vincci, La Senza, Okaidi, Shoexpress, Lovisa, Parfois and Ajmal Perfumes. Store numbers for each level are on the mall’s floor map.
Carrefour on the ground level makes a groceries stop easy at the end of a visit. The overall mix is built for affordable, everyday shopping rather than luxury labels.
Where to eat

Five outlets make up the mall’s dining list:
- Dunkin’ (ground level) for coffee and donuts
- KFC (second level)
- McDonald’s (second level)
- Hong Kong (second level) for Chinese dishes and Malaysian street food
- The Yellow Chilli (second level) for Indian cooking
Hong Kong and The Yellow Chilli trade from the same unit, 1205. The list is short, and all of it is quick-service or casual. A group that wants a wider choice of cuisines is better off eating before or after the visit.
Cinépolis cinema
Cinépolis opened its first UAE cinema here, and it runs 10 screens in three formats: Junior, Macro and Premium. The Macro auditorium is the largest and seats up to 269. Recliner seating is available.
The Junior auditoriums are the practical draw for parents. They include bean bags, a slide and a ball pit, so small children can move around during the film.

Book seats through the Cinépolis Gulf booking page or the Cinépolis Gulf app.
Fun City
Fun City is the mall’s indoor entertainment centre, run by Landmark Leisure and previously branded Fun Block. A redesign widened it from a young children’s play zone to a venue for teenagers and young adults as well, with games and activities for all ages.
It pairs well with the cinema. Children can burn off energy at Fun City before a film, and the Junior auditoriums keep the evening child-friendly after that.

Parking & getting there
Parking is free, with more than 600 spaces. Weekday mornings are the easiest time to find a space close to the entrance.
The mall sits on Al Wahda Road in the Al Ghubaiba area of Sharjah. A taxi can drop you at the main entrance, and the pho ne line is +971 6 516 3666.
Facilities & services
- Prayer area
- Mother and child room
- Wheelchair access
- Customer service desk
These cover the basics for a longer family visit.
Best time to go
- Quiet shopping: weekday mornings from 10:00 AM, when the car park is emptiest
- Dinner and a film: weekday evenings
- Busiest: weekend evenings, when families fill the cinema and Fun City
- Fridays: before 11:30 AM or after 1:30 PM
Who Oasis Mall suits
It suits a household that wants clothes, home items, groceries and an evening out in a single stop. Three floors and a short list of dining outlets keep the walk manageable, which helps with young children and older relatives.
It is a weaker fit for anyone chasing a wide range of brands or a long list of restaurants. Shoppers who want that are better served by a larger Sharjah mall such as Sahara Centre or Mega Mall.
Plan your visit
- Go on a weekday morning for the quietest stores and the closest parking.
- Build a Friday visit around the 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM break.
- Start with the first-level anchors, Max and Home Centre, then finish with groceries at Carrefour on the ground level.
- Eat at the second-level outlets before a film, and book Cinépolis seats ahead for weekend evenings.
- Pick the Junior auditorium if children are coming, and pair it with an hour at Fun City.
