Century Mall Dubai: Hours, Parking, Stores & Getting There

century mall

Century Mall Dubai has no cinema, but it does have a Carrefour that opens at 8 AM, a free outdoor car park and over 70 specialty shops across two levels, right next to Al Shabab Club in Al Mamzar.

It is a neighbourhood mall rather than a tourist stop. Developed by Al Safeer Group and opened in 2003, it covers 300,000 sq ft and is used mostly by nearby residents for groceries, errands and casual meals.

Where Century Mall is

Century Mall sits on Al Wuheida Street in Al Mamzar, Deira, beside Al Shabab Club. The same address is also listed under Hor Al Anz East, so searching either area name leads to the same building.

The surroundings are residential, and the mall’s mix leans toward everyday shopping rather than luxury or destination retail.

How to get there

By car

Drive to Al Wuheida Street and use the free outdoor lot at the mall. Parking is covered in the next section.

By bus & metro

RTA buses serve the Al Mamzar and Al Wuheida area, with live route timings available for each stop. The mall has no metro station of its own. The closest Green Line stations are Al Qiyadah and Abu Hail, and both need a bus, taxi or car ride to finish the trip.

Parking

Parking at Century Mall is free, and the outdoor lot sits close to the entrances. The lot fills fastest on weekend evenings, while weekday mornings leave plenty of space.

Stores & services

Carrefour is the reason most people come. It covers groceries, fresh produce, bakery and dairy, stationery, and household and electronics items, and it opens earlier than anything else in the building.

Makeup For Less and Giordano storefronts inside the Century Mall corridor

The specialty floor is built for everyday needs:

  • Fashion and lifestyle: Giordano and other value-priced clothing, shoe, perfume and jewellery shops
  • Mobile and telecom: du and Etisalat service counters
  • Salons: Gabiano, next to Carrefour, and Afrina Beauty Centre on Level 1
  • Services: a money exchange counter, an ATM and prayer rooms

Both levels are mapped on the mall’s floor plan.

Food & family attractions

The food court is on Level 1 and includes KFC, Pizza Hut, ChicKing and Baskin Robbins. Restaurants and cafes stay open until midnight every day, which makes the food court the best late option once the shops have closed.

Fun City, the children’s play and arcade area, is also on Level 1. It is the main entertainment draw, and it is a modest one: this is a family stop for an hour or two, not a full-day attraction.

Best time to go

Weekday mornings are the quietest window, and Carrefour is already open from 8 AM. Evenings and weekends bring the crowds, and the parking lot fills with them.

Is there a cinema at Century Mall?

Century Mall Dubai has no cinema. The cinema listed under the Century Mall name belongs to the separate Fujairah branch. For a film near Al Mamzar, City Centre Deira has a VOX Cinemas multiplex.

Before you go

  • Doing a big grocery shop: arrive on a weekday morning, when Carrefour is open and the lot is easy.
  • Eating late on Friday to Sunday: shops close at 11:00 PM, but the food court and Carrefour stay open until midnight.
  • Taking children: Fun City and the food court are both on Level 1, so one trip upstairs covers both.
